Bookings policy
DickWhittington.org provides online booking forms to request services and facilities at the farm park. Sending a booking request, or inquiry does not guarantee that we receive the form and this may be for a number of reasons beyond our control.
After sending a contact or booking form request, you should see a confirmation page saying that the form has been sent. This means the mail transport is working correctly and that we should receive the form.
If you are in doubt or need extra confirmation , we advise that you telephone our office on 01452- 831000 to verify that the form has been received by us.
Submitting a form in no way assures you of a confirmed booking, this is only available when you receive notification from ourselves that the request has been handled and agreed by our staff.
We will endeavour to answer your inquiry as soon as possible to confirm your requests.
